Green and healthy living has now been elevated to a new height. With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more attention has been paid to the green and healthy issues of the living environment. The demand for indoor flooring, wall panels, furniture, and other home decoration materials is getting higher and higher. As a result, SPC flooring has emerged.
Many friends are not familiar with this new material, so let CHONGNUO introduce it to you.
The main characteristics of SPC flooring:
Since the lock floor is free of glue, it is easy to install and disassemble, and it can be reused. It is especially suitable for temporary places such as exhibitions and markets. Even when people move houses, the floor can be reused.
Ordinary flooring needs to be installed on a layer of wooden keel, and then use glue to connect the floors. But the glue contains chemical components such as formaldehyde, which can cause indoor pollution if used excessively or cause the floors to become loose if used too little.
The lock floor, due to the locking force, can be tightly connected without glue, preventing the floor from becoming dry and cracking. It does not contain formaldehyde, truly being responsible for consumers' health and environmental protection.
The locking force of the lock floor depends on the connection between the enterprise and the tongue and groove. Due to the role of the dovetail, the lock floor can withstand a tensile force of 450 kg to 1 ton in ordinary cases. Therefore, lock floors have higher requirements for the physical properties of the substrate such as density, expansion rate, and relative humidity, as well as production equipment and processing technology.
SPC flooring supports geothermal heating. Due to the characteristics of the raw materials, it has fast heat conduction and long heat storage time, making it the preferred floor for geothermal heating.
During the production process, the lock floor uses advanced laser quality inspection system to process and detect errors in laying. When laying the floor, simply tapping it lightly can insert the floor into the groove. Due to the locking force, the lock floor extends outward with the change of temperature, avoiding localized protrusions and solving the problem of intrinsic deformation. It has a good overall laying effect.
Although the lock floor is slightly more expensive than regular flooring, the installation cost is relatively cheaper due to the different process.
Lock floors are recommended for elastic flooring, as they are more stable with a smaller deformation rate and will not break the locking part. When using lock floor installation, be careful not to stick it tightly to the walls and leave appropriate gaps to adapt to deformation.
