The process requires high quality and is completed through heat, without the need for glue. It does not contain heavy metals, phthalates, benzene, and other harmful substances, making it completely formaldehyde-free.
SPC floor fundamentally solves the problems of traditional wood floors being prone to rotting, swelling, and deformation when they absorb water and moisture in humid and water-rich environments. It also effectively prevents insect harassment and prolongs its longevity.

SPC flooring structure: from bottom to top, it consists of PVC base layer, color film decorative paper, wear-resistant layer, and UV coating layer.
When installing SPC floor, there is no need to use a thick layer of cement mortar like with ceramic tiles or marble flooring, or to use joists like with wooden floors - just ensure the floor is flat and it can be installed directly. After installation, the gaps between the flooring are tightly sealed, preventing water from seeping in.
